and Registrar's orders CORAM : M.S. SANKLECHA & MANISH PITALE, JJ.
DATE : 04.7.2017.
When this matter was first called out, Mr. Dhumale, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the applicant-Revenue sought pass-over as the learned Additional Government Pleader who was to appear for the applicant - Revenue, was busy in another Court. At his request, the matter was kept back. At the end of the board, the matter was again called out at 04.00 p.m. At that time, Mr. Dhumale learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the applicant - Revenue again seeks time stating that the learned Additional Government Pleader is still busy in another Court. 2.
On earlier occasion also, the same thing happened. We had at time informed Mr. Dhumale that if the Advocate who has been briefed in the matter before this Court, is busy in another Court then it is advisable that brief be given to another Advocate in the pane. This

Therefore, It appears that the applicant -Revenue is not serious for prosecuting the present reference before us. Thus, the reference is returned unanswered. No order as to costs. (MANISH PITALE, J.) (M.S.SANKLECHA, J.) Gohane
