Learned Advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and learned Advocate for Insurance Company submit that out of amount lying deposited, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are entitled to get Rs.1,49,730/-. They also submit that Insurance Company is entitled to withdraw remaining amount of Rs.34,227/- which includes the statutory deposit amount of Rs.25,000/-.

The respondent Nos.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.1,49,730/- (Rs. One Lakh Forty Nine Thousand and Seven Hundred and Thirty Only) and Insurance Company is allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.34,227/- (Rs. Thirty Four Thousand Two Hundred and Twenty Seven Only).
