DATED :- APRIL 26, 2024 By this application, the applicant is seeking speaking to minutes as inadvertently in paragraph No.10(iii) of the judgment dated 24/04/2023 in First Appeal No.890/2018, the area for open plot is mentioned as "34.63 sq.mtr." instead of "81.90 sq.mtr.". 2.
The correction is of a typographical nature.

In view of that, paragraph No.10(iii) of the judgment be corrected as open plot admeasuring "81.90 sq.mtr." instead of "34.63 sq.mtr.".

The corrected copy of the judgment be uploaded accordingly.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO.903 OF 2024 By this application, respondent No.1/applicant is seeking direction to the appellant to file calculation sheet as per judgment dated 24/04/2023 as
01.caf.1131.24.odt well as he be permitted to withdraw the compensation amount as per calculation filed by the appellant along with the accrued interest on it.

Learned Counsel for the appellant is present before the Court. He shown his readiness to furnish on record the calculation sheet. Accordingly, he is directed to file calculation sheet as per judgment dated 24/04/2023. On filing of the calculation sheet, respondent No.1/applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount as per the entitlement along with the accrued interest, on due identification and verification.
