Heard Shri H.S.Chitley, advocate for the applicant and Shri K.R.Lule, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. According to the applicant, the deceased had earlier also made an attempt to kill herself along with her two daughters and all of them were required to be hospitalized because of the burn injuries. According to the applicant, the deceased had been living in her matrimonial house after the deceased attempted to kill herself on 22nd January, 2015. It is submitted that the applicant is having two daughters aged about 6 1⁄2 years and 15 months and both of them are with the applicant. The applicant is in service in Central Reserve Police Force and is working as Police Inspector. The application is opposed on the ground that the applicant is not co-operating with the investigation. Considering the nature of the accusations and the facts on record, the interim order granted by this Court on 18th April, 2016 is confirmed.

2 aba251.16 Hence, the following order :

In the event of arrest in Crime No. 17 of 2016, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand and one solvent surety in the like amount.
