This petition fichallenges the order dated 05.05.2021 passed below Exh-1 in Regular Darkhast No.183 of 2016, thereby keeping the possession warrant issued in favour of the Petitioner in abeyanfice, in view of the SOP orders passed by this Court in Suo Moto PIL No.1 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021 and also in view of the SOP issued by the Bombay High Court. Admittedly, the SOP issued, presently is in operation till 30th August, 2021, even the physifical hearing has resumed in all the Courts.

In that view of the matter, this petition is disposed of by direficting the parties to appear the Exeficuting Court on 1st of September, 2021.
