DATE : APRIL 29, 2015 Prayer is to condone delay in filing the first appeal. Reasons are assigned in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the application.
The application is opposed by learned counsel for the respondents. It is stated that grounds as assigned are not sufficient.
Accepting the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the first appeal stands condoned. However, the appellant will not be entitled for interest on the amount of enhanced compensation for the period from 20/02/2012 till date.
Civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms. First Appeal (St) No.8600 of 2015 Heard.
