DATED : 16th JULY, 2015 Learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal has given sufficient reasons while rejecting the original application filed by the petitioner challenging the cancellation of the earlier transfer order. We do not find that the reasons given can be said to be perverse or irrational warranting interference in writ jurisdiction. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
