By way of present writ petition, the disqualification of the petitioner as a Member of Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Shegaon is under challenge. The term of which has already come to an end on 7th December, 2022.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present matter and petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
