Dated : 7 th May, 2015 The ground for review raised is that the information furnished to the Corporation by Ghate Hospital, Akola, was not signed by anyone, as provided under the Act of 1886. It is also the contention raised that the entry in the register has also not been signed by the informant. Both the aspects are referred to in the judgment and it has been held that it is not the provision under the Act of 1969 that until such entry is signed, the birth or death shall not be deemed to be registered. There is no ground made out for review.

The review application is dismissed.
