None for the appellant. However, we have perused the pursis filed by the learned counsel for the appellant bearing St. No.12806/2014, dated 26.11.2014. It is stated in the pursis that no dispute remains between the parties in regard to the subject matter of the first appeal and the first appeal has become infructuous.
