The petitioner seeks leave to amend the writ petition based on subsequent events.

Considering the nature of the amendment as sought, the same is allowed. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today. The civil application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO.1091/2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 27.12.2019 impugned in this writ petition is also the subject matter of challenge in Writ Petition No.1532 of 2021. In that writ petition, this Court on 01.04.2021 was pleased to stay the recommendation that was made directing the petitioner therein to pay an amount of Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand to the respondent nos.3 and 4.

Considering the aforesaid, until further orders the recommendation as made by the Maharashtra State Human Rights Commission against the petitioner shall not be implemented.
