Perused the first information report, reply of the prosecution and charge-sheet.

The applicants are in Jail since 25-01-2017. Necessary seizures have already been made. The Charge-sheet is already filed. Therefore, the applicants deserve to be released on regular bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and it is directed that the applicants be released on bail in Crime No.19/2017 registered with Police Station Kothari, District Chandrapur for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a)(e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like amount, on the following conditions :

2 ba351.17 (i) The applicants shall regularly attend the dates fixed by the Court and shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial. (ii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
