By way of instant application, a prayer is made to transfer the Regular Criminal Case No. 3000349 of 2015, pending before the learned Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur to Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nashik.

The applicant is original informant. It was on the basis of information supplied by her, charge sheet for offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code was filed. It is fairly pointed out by learned appointed counsel Ms. Masodkar that the Regular Criminal Case is at fag end and hearing is in progress.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to interfere in the application. The application is dismissed.

Fees of the learned appointed counsel Mrs. Prutha Masodkar be quantified and paid as per Rules.
