It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State that he received instructions from the Central Prison, Nagpur that the petitioner prisoner No.C/9590 Usha @ Archana Raju Pendam has been released from the prison after completion of total imprisonment on 27.05.2022. In view of this, the present appeal has become infructuous and disposed of. CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.165/2017 (Shabbo @ Shalini Azhar Khan (In Jail).

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is hereby requested to ascertain the position in respect of this appellant from the concerned jail authorities within two weeks.
