By this application, applicant prays to amend the criminal application for bringing on record development agreement dated 4/4/2011 alleging that said document can give an end to the issue involved in the report, which is also stated to be well within the knowledge of respondent no.2.

Smt. Joshi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the event application is allowed, said document needs to be verified by the Investigating Officer.

We do not find nay impediment for the said purpose and if said document is taken on record, no

In the circumstances, application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of application along with documents be supplied to respondents.
