This is an appeal against the judgment and award dated 21.01.2020, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amravati.

By this application, the applicant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award dated 21.01.2020, passed in M.A.C.P. No.301 of 2012. 5.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation alngwith accrued interest within eight weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed in M.A.C.P. No.301 of 2012 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without
