By this application, the applicants/daughters through their natural guardian mother seek transfer of M.J.C. No.135 of 2014 (Sanjay S/o Dnyaneshwar Daware ..vs.. Sonali Purushottam Deogirkar) from learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Wardha to the Family Court at Amravati. The proceedings by the nonapplicant/husband filed before learned Civil Judge Senior Division at Wardha is for taking custody of the applicants/daughters.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are the minor daughters who are in the custody of their mother. The applicants' mother and the non-applicants already got divorce. The mother of the applicant .....2/-

mca498.15 has filed the petition for maintenance before the Family Court at Amravati.

Though the non-applicant/husband is served, he has not filed the reply.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of its prayer clause (i).

The civil application is disposed of as such.
