By this application, the appellant is praying for stay to the implementation, effect and execution of the judgment and order passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.26/2013.

Learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the amount is yet to be deposited. On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within 10 weeks, the implementation, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed in L.A.C. No.26/2013 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount within the said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
