By way of present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-husband is challenging the order dated 25/02/2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hinganghat, Wardha, in Miscellaneous Criminal Application No.73/2016, as well as the order dated 25/02/2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Hinganghat, Wardha, in P.W.D.V.A. No.02/2019, only to the extent of directing the husband to hand over the household utensils, i.e., stainless steel articles, to the wife.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submit that the petitioner-

13-Cr.WP-267-2023 husband is ready to pay Rs.45,000/- to the wife as a final settlement towards the said stainless steel utensils. The wife has readily accepted the same. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-husband submits that the amount of Rs. 45,000/- would be paid to the wife in the first week of January, 2026. The said statement is accepted. 5.

Considering the above settlement, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press the petition. Hence, the Criminal Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
