Considering the facts of the case and nature of the incident as recorded in the FIR, we are of the view that the applicants are entitled for interim protection. By an interim order, it is directed that coercive action shall not be taken against the applicants until further orders, and charge-sheet shall not be filed against the applicants without seeking leave of this Court.
