By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition while releasing the applicants on bail. The condition was imposed that the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on Sunday in between 10.00 a.m. to 01.00 noon and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted since 03.01.2024 the applicant is attending the Police Station and now there is no requirement to ask the applicant to attend the Police Station.

Learned APP strongly opposed the said application on the ground that the investigation is
(2) 907.appp.618.2024 still in progress and his attendance is required for the investigation purpose.

Considering the rival submissions made by both the parties and considering the fact that the investigation is completed, the condition No.(c) in operative portion is modified and it is directed that "the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month of first Sunday of every month till filing of the charge-sheet."

The Criminal Application No.618/2024 is disposed.
