The applicant has filed this application to transfer the Hindu Marriage Petition No.A1344/2024 pending before the Family Court, No. 3 at Nagpur filed by the non-applicant for divorce to the Family Court at Thane, Mumbai.

The learned counsel for applicant has stated that applicant is staying at Thane with her sister. Therefore, it is not possible for her to travel from Thane to Nagpur to attend the Court proceedings. Hence, prayed to transfer Hindu Kavita

The learned counsel for applicant stated that, there is no one to escort the applicant from Thane to Nagpur to attend the Court and due to her age, it is not possible for her to travel.

Hence, The Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

The Hindu Marriage Petition No.A1344/2024, pending before the Family Court, No. 3 at Nagpur is transferred to the Family Court at Thane, Mumbai.
