Heard Shri S.A.Chaudhari, advocate for the applicant and Shri S.M.Bhagde, A.P.P. for the non-applicant. The applicant apprehends arrest in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 325, 326, 341, 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The application is opposed on the ground that there is medical inspection report which shows that the victim has sustained injuries. It is further submitted that the applicant is involved in crimes earlier also in 19 cases. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that except in the cases of 2015 under the provisions of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, the applicant is acquitted in all other crimes.

Considering the nature of accusations against the applicant and the facts on record, the interim order granted on 18th April, 2016 is confirmed.

Hence, the following order :

2 aba252.16 In the event of arrest in Crime No.100 of 2016, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail, on furnishing P.R. Bond for Rs.Twenty Five Thousand and one solvent surety in the like amount.
