DATE : 22.08.2023 Appellant - Sumedh alias Sumit s/o Gulabrao Bagade is present before the court in compliance of order dated 18.08.2023. The appellant submits that he intends to withdraw the appeal, for the sentence imposed by the learned Sessions Judge was ten years imprisonment and the same will be completed within a couple of months considering the benefit of remission. He, thus, submits that he will be released in couple of months and thus does not want to prosecute the appeal.

The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
