Date : 11 th September, 2015 Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties. Notices were issued to the legal representatives of the respondent No.1. They are served. Shri Pannase, the learned counsel, represents all the legal representatives of the respondent No.1. After going through the contents of both these applications, I am satisfied that the delay caused in setting aside abatement and bringing legal representatives on record is sufficiently explained and the case is made out for allowing both these applications. Hence both these applications are allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the legal representatives of the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today; failing which the applications shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
