08.SA 115.2020 Pursis (Stamp) No. 07/2022 In view of the fact that Shri M.R. Joharapurkar, learned counsel has already filed power on behalf of respondent no. 11. Pursis is filed.

Pursis (Stamp) No. 08/2022 It is informed by the learned counsel that appellant no. 5(A) is died on 21/04/2021 and his legal heirs are already on record. Hence, permission is granted to delete his name.

It is also informed that respondent no. 1 is died on 02/01/2022 and her legal heirs are already on record. As such, permission is granted to delete her name.
