Effort is to show that action of disturbing electoral division of Dauniwada is existence since long, is arbitrary and unwarranted. It is contended that part of earlier electoral division Ratnara is sought to be added at Dauniwada. It is also contended that Ratnara is away from Dauniwada. The map produced on record is not eligible and therefore, we are not in a position to appreciate the contention. However, if boundaries of electoral divisions are shown in bold line, most probably the boundaries of two electoral divisions are common.

In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene at this late stage. Keeping rival contentions open, we dispose of the writ petition. No costs.
