After the matter is argued for some time, Mr. Patre, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the entire evidence in this case has been relied upon in LAC No.149/2009, in respect whereof the First Appeal No.456/2015, is admitted and pending in this Court. He submits that the present acquisition is part of the acquisition of four lands of the same family or the same project and one of which is LAC No.149/2009. He submits that the record and proceedings as well as the papers in that case would be necessary to decide this appeal. Prity

Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the application, Registry is directed to produce the papers and proceedings as well as Record and Proceedings in First Appeal No.456/2015, by the next date.
