2] The learned AGP has placed on record the copy of the decision dated 01.02.2022. Alongwith the decision the copies of order/communication dated 09.02.2022 and application dated 04.08.2020 are placed on record. The learned AGP submits that vide decision dated 01.02.2022, the application made by the petitioner for condonation of one year break in service has been rejected. The perusal of this order/communication would show that the order passed in Writ Petition No. 885 of 2021 dated 15.02.2021 stands complied with. In view of this, nothing survives in this petition.
