Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] Heard.

3] The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 66/2020 registered with Police Station Nagpuri Gate, Amravati for offences punishable under section 307, 109, 143, 147, 148, 149 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4] This Court, vide order dated 25.08.2020 (Coram: V.M. Deshpande, J.) protected the applicant subject to certain conditions.

5] It is not in dispute that the applicant attended

aba310.20.O.odt the police station as directed. It is further not the case of the prosecution that the applicant has not co-operated with the Investigating Officer.

6] The case of the prosecution is that the applicant was a member of mob comprising 100 persons and pelted stones. Considering that the applicant has co-operated with the Investigating Officer, that the custodial interrogation is not necessary and if the interim protection is confirmed, the investigation shall not be hampered, the applicant has made out a case for make the interim order absolute. 7] The interim order dated 25.08.2020 is made absolute.

8] The applicant has attend Police Station Nagpurigate, Amravati as and when required by the Investigating Officer and shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

9] The applicant shall not, directly or indirectly, make any attempt to influence the witnesses.

10] The applicant shall not leave the country without the permission of the jurisdictional Court.
