Civil Application (CAF) No.2045/2023 This is an application seeking to stay the execution of impugned award. It is submitted that the authority has granted compensation at excessive and exorbitant rate.

The execution of impugned judgment and decree is stayed subject to the appellant depositing entire decreetal amount within twelve weeks from today.
