18/06/2024 The common issue involved in all these petitions is about rejection of proposal for approval by respondent - Education Officer for different posts. On exemplary basis, the

(2) 13 wp 2813-23 and ors petitioners learned Counsel in Writ Petition No. 2816/2023 has demonstrated that certain compliances have been made but the same has been assigned as one of the reason for rejection. We are of the view that the Education Officer needs to consider the proposal afresh after giving hearing to both sides.

Advocate Shri Subhan appearing in Writ Petition Nos. 1280/2023, 2816/2023 and 2817/2023 made a statement that the intervenors have certain grievances which they wanted to place on record. The petitioners have no objection if in those petitions respective intervenors shall be given right of hearing to place their objection before Education Officer. In view of above, by consent all the petitions are disposed with a direction to the Education Officer to give fresh hearing to both sides and decide the proposal afresh.

Needless to say that without getting influence by earlier reasons the proposals shall be considered afresh. The Education Officer shall preferably take a decision within four months from today.
