IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY,

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR.

Writ Petition No. 4078 of 2015 [Sheikh Ramjan S/o Sheikh Farid Vs. Shri Mohan S/o Maluram Agrawal and anr.] Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's order of directions and Registrar's orders Shri R. M. Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner Shri P. A. Dharaskar, Advocate for the respondent no. 1 CORAM : Prasanna B. Varale, J.

DATE : 12-2-2016.

Heard both the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Perused the order passed by this Court dated 29-9-2015. It was fairly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that without entering into the controversy, the petitioner is prepared to vacate the suit premises if sufficient time is granted. Learned counsel Shri Sharma for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a small businessman deals in cotton business and a reasonable period be granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 submits that sufficient time is already obtained by the petitioner as the petition was filed in the year 2015 and the same was pending for quite some time in this Court.

Considering these submissions, in my opinion, ends of justice would be met by directing the petitioner to vacate the premises before 31-5-2016. .....2/-
