This is an application made respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw the entire amount of compensation, with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking to the effect that he will return the entire amount in case the appeal is decided against him alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court. 4.
