After hearing for sometime, learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that, in the event the appeal is finally heard in shortest possible time, he will not press Criminal Application No.333 of 2018. We are already hearing the jail appeals of the year 2017.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Appeal No.345 of 2017 be listed in the caption of final hearing as per it's turn.

In view of above, Criminal Application No.333 of 2018 is disposed of as 'dismissed'.
