The present appellant has filed pursis for withdrawal of appeal. The learned Counsel for the appellant informs this Court that though the notice was issued to the appellant intimating that his presence is required before the Court, which was duly served upon the appellant, the appellant did not respond to the same.

In view above, it appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Hence, the Second Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
