Though the application is coming for the first time, it can be disposed of today itself looking to the fact that the appeal is intended to be filed by the claimant and he has pointed out the reason of his ailment on affidavit. In that view of the matter and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, the application is allowed.
