It is pointed out that though this Court permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner, the said part of the order is missing and not mentioned in the order dated 05.04.2023. It is pointed that in all other connected matters, such permission was granted.

In the circumstances, the order dated 05.04.2023 be corrected by adding para 2 i.e. "2. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/-, deposited by the petitioner.", and order be uploaded afresh.
