The challenge in this writ petition is to the order of suspension dated 12.08.2016 that was issued by the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati. Today, it is submitted by Shri P.S.Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid order of suspension dated 12.08.2016 has been subsequently withdrawn by the respondent no.3.

In view of aforesaid, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. In the light of the subsequent order putting to an end to the suspension of the petitioner, he is free to take such steps as are permissible in law.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
