DATE : MAY 06, 2015 By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the order of stay granted on 06/11/2012.

For reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. The applicant is permitted to deposit the entire amount of enhanced compensation within period of one weeks from today in this Court. In so far as directions for withdrawal are concerned, same are contained in order dated 06/11/2012 which shall operate accordingly after deposit of said amount in this Court.
