By this application, the appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the judgment and award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No.38/2013.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within ten weeks, the effect, operation and implementation of the judgment and order dated 08/08/2019 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. On failure to deposit the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
