By this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.01.2020/28.02.2020 passed by respondent no. 2 - Additional Commissioner, Amravati, whereby the said respondent has directed the parties to main status quo in that no third party interests would be created in the property in question. There is no dispute about the fact that the said interim order has been passed by respondent no. 2 - Additional Commissioner as far back on 30.01.2020/28.02.2020, while this writ petition has been filed on 11.06.2021. This shows that the impugned interim relief has been operating for almost one SMGate

Although, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is enough material placed on record to show as to why the writ petition came to be filed in June, 2021, this Court is of the opinion that it would be in the interest of justice to dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent no. 2 to decide the pending Revision Application filed by respondent no. 4, at the earliest. 4.

In view of the above, without making any comment on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 - Additional Commissioner to dispose of pending Revision Application filed by respondent no. 4 within a period of six weeks from today.

It is made clear that no extension of time shall be granted.

Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, the learned AGP appearing for respondent nos. 1 to 3, is requested to inform respondent no. 2 - Additional Commissioner, accordingly.
