In view of the observations and directions issued in the judgment delivered by Co-ordinate Bench at Bombay in Writ Petition No.9495/2023 (Shri Hanumant Hirachand Saklave and ors. vs. The State of Maharashtra, Thr. The Secretary, Rural Development Dept. Mantralaya, Mumbai and ors.) on 01/04/2025, it shall be open for the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent No.2. If the representation is made within a period of ten days from today, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati shall decide the same within a further period of three weeks in the light of the directions issued in the judgment of Hanumant Hirachand Saklave (supra). 2.
