DATE : August 12, 2022 The petitioner has challenged the communication dated 04/05/2022 issued by the Education Officer (Secondary) directing the Management as well as the Headmaster to suspend the petitioner from service as he was arrested and in police custody for a period of forty eight hours.

We find from the impugned communication that directions have been issued to the Management and the Headmaster. Presently there is no cause for the petitioner to be aggrieved by the order dated 04/05/2022. If the petitioner is placed under suspension, he is free to take legal recourse in that regard.
