Leave is granted to implead the Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati as the respondent no.2 in place of Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati. The amendment be carried out accordingly. The only relief sought by the petitioner is for consideration of the proposal seeking grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that pursuant to an advertisement issued, she was appointed on the post of Shikshan Sevak. On 22.11.2021 that proposal was sent by the Principal to the Deputy Director of Education for consideration. In view of aforesaid, RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith. Learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice of hearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2. Service on other respondents is dispensed with. The respondent no.

2-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati shall consider the proposal forwarded by the respondent no.3 dated 22.11.2021 and take a decision thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The proposal be considered in accordance with law and the decision be communicated to the respondent no.3. Rule is made absolute in aforesaid terms. No costs. (URMILA JOSHI-PHALKE, J.) (A. S.
