This Court, vide order dated 15.04.2024, called remarks of the concerned Presiding Officer.

In response, a letter is received from the Assistant Sessions Judge, Washim saying that he will decide the application on 20.04.2024. The petition was not listed thereafter. It is listed today and none appears for the petitioner. 4.

It appears that the application has been decided and, therefore, nobody is appearing for the petitioner. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.
