The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant No.2. It is submitted that no sufficient cause has been furnished by the applicants for condoning the delay. However, considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing the first appeal stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
