We do not find that there is any disobedience of our order dated 25.03.2015 as we had not directed the Education Officer (Primary) to immediately release the salary of the petitioner. A statement is made by the learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad that a decision in the matter of cancellation of the approval to the appointment of the petitioner would be taken within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
