Shri A.S. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners in this contempt petition prays two weeks time to carry out the amendment as per the order passed by this Court dated 06/09/2021, (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre, J.). Shri K.L. Dharmadhikari, learned Assistant Government Pleader has no objection for grant of time. Amendment be carried out within two days.

This Contempt Petition can be disposed of is the submission made by Shri Deshpande, learned counsel for the contempt petitioners. He invited attention to the order dated 14/10/2021, passed by this Court (Coram : Avinash G. Gharote, J.). By the said order, the learned Assistant Government Pleader was permitted to deposit the amount of compensation in the Court and accordingly, the amount is

34-cp-162-2021.odt deposited with this Court. By the said order itself, the contempt petitioners were permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation.

Since the contemnors have purged the contempt by depositing amount of compensation in this Court, nothing survives in this contempt petition and it is disposed of as such with liberty to the petitioners to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court, with accrued interest. JUDGE MP Deshpande
