The applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court, as the appellant has withdrawn the appeal before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2023, for which learned counsel for appellant Mr. Limaye has no objection.

On perusal of the order dated 09.12.2023, it appears that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, and accordingly, the appellant has withdrawn the appeal. In view of the same, in my opinion, the applicants are entitled to withdraw the amount as per the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal. Hence, the application is allowed.

It further appears that applicant No. 3 is a minor and therefore, as per the order of the Tribunal, the amount to her share be invested in a fixed deposit, till she attains the age of majority. 5.

In view of the above, Registrar (J) is directed to transmit the amount to the shares of applicant Nos. 1 and 2 as per the judgment and award of the Tribunal to their respective bank accounts, within

2 6caf2063.2025..odt eight weeks, on their furnishing the usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.

Similarly, the amount to the share of applicant No. 3 be invested in a fixed deposit in any nationalised bank till she attains the age of majority. After attaining the age of majority, the amount to the share of applicant No. 3 be transmitted to her bank account, on furnishing the documents in respect of attaining majority and her bank account details to the Registry.
